KD was appointed as the Balancing Contractor tasked with completing the balancing of Towers 1, 2, and 3. With hundreds of suites involved, this project posed logistical hurdles, requiring staff availability to balance the suites as they became ready. Additionally, KD successfully navigated collaboration challenges with other trades to tackle the expected start-up and commissioning issues inherent in a project of this magnitude. KD’s proactive attitude and exemplary work ethic not only ensured adherence to the project timeline but also facilitated the timely achievement of building occupancy.
